Job Description

Deliver multilingual customer support in Spanish and Italian, handle orders, returns, and queries, and assist customers across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to online customers via phone, email, and digital channels

• Handle queries related to orders, returns, and refunds professionally

• Share product knowledge to enhance customer experience

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent or native in Spanish and Italian; strong English skills
