Job Description

Retail Sales Assistants provide exceptional customer service, guiding parents through purchasing baby products and ensuring magical shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable moments for parents and families

• Provide guidance on prams, cots, baby furniture, clothing, and accessories

• Assist in personal shopping experiences, consultations, and in-store events

• Maintain knowledge of products and services to support customer decision-making

• Ensure the store is welcoming, tidy, and aligned with brand standards

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets

• Support various store tasks including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and sales transactions

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience desirable

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality

• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible and team-oriented approach

Working Hours
