Job Description

Manage and coordinate key projects for Nottinghamshire County Council’s CHC team, ensuring milestones, KPIs, finances, and stakeholder engagement are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver multiple project workstreams

  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track outcomes and impact

  • Prepare highlight reports, dashboards, and financial monitoring tools

  • Collaborate with Health, Social Care, and Council stakeholders

  • Track project risks, dependencies, and timelines

  • Liaise with data, performance, and finance teams to provide accurate project information

  • Ensure clear communication to senior leaders and management

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven project management experience, ideally in public sector or health/social care

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and project management tools (MS Lists preferred)

  • Experience developing project plans, financial reports, and KPIs

  • Relevant Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent) desirable

  • Experience in health or social care settings advantageous

Working Hours and Contract

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

  • Temporary contract, 5 months (October start)

  • In-person role in Nottingham
