Lead shifts, support the General Manager, coach teams, uphold standards, delight guests, drive sales, and ensure smooth, safe operations daily.

Role Summary

• Part-time Duty Manager at The Granary, Glasgow
• Lead shifts, oversee floor, bar, and kitchen service
• Support the General Manager with daily operations and targets

Key Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and inspire team members
• Be a visible role model; uphold service, food, and drink standards
• Host guests and resolve issues to create memorable experiences
• Drive sales and meet business targets
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company procedures
