Job Description

The IT Project Manager leads data and digital transformation projects, improving data quality, process efficiency, and preparing for future ERP migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data-focused projects, cleaning, standardizing, and optimizing ERP system data

• Ensure accurate, reliable, and business-ready data across multiple sites

• Drive consistent data practices and tackle inefficiencies

• Support IT Manager in broader digital transformation initiatives

• Implement structure, governance, and project delivery frameworks

• Manage timelines, budgets, and project risks

• Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT or technology projects in business settings

• Strong experience with data-focused projects and SQL skills

• ERP system experience, including data cleansing, migration, or transformation

• Track record of digital change and process improvements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Ability to work onsite in Nottingham 4–5 days per week
