Job Description

Lead sales floor operations, coach associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, uphold visual standards, manage registers, open/close, and support weekend trading.

Role Summary

• Floor Supervisor on shift; part of the store leadership team
• Guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive sales and customer experience on the sales floor
• Ensure smooth, efficient store operations

Core Responsibilities

• Opening and closing routines
• POS/register operation and cash handling
• Product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Visual display execution and standards
• Asset protection awareness
• Use of store systems; attention to detail
• Business understanding, proactive thinking, multitasking

Work Schedule Requirements

• At least 16 hours per week; schedule varies
• Weekend availability required (Saturdays, Sundays) and certain holidays

Qualifications and Attributes
