Job Description

Provide friendly bar-focused food and beverage service, upsell, clean, and support hotel guests across shifts including weekends, mornings, evenings flexibly.

Role Overview

• Provide friendly, efficient bar and restaurant service to hotel guests
• Report to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager
• Part-time role with bar focus; no degree required

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and recognise regular guests by name
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverages; make recommendations
• Upsell to maximise revenue
• Serve food and drinks professionally and courteously
• Keep bar and restaurant areas clean and presentable

Skills and Experience

• Previous F&B experience essential; bar experience desirable
• High-volume/fast-paced hospitality experience preferred
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Micros POS experience preferable
• Hotel experience advantageous
• Flexible availability: mornings, evenings, weekends
