Role Overview

• Position: Bicycle Delivery Driver – Part-Time

• Location: Birmingham, UK

• Salary: £12.21 per hour + tips

• Schedule: Nights, weekends, holidays, flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Deliver cookies quickly, accurately, and warmly to customers

• Provide excellent customer service in-person and via phone

• Maintain and sanitize delivery equipment

• Use the Insomnia delivery app to manage orders

• Assist in bakery operations when not delivering

• Uphold company standards and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience as a bike messenger or delivery driver

• Own a working bicycle and smartphone with data

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Fun, outgoing, and energetic personality

• Eligible to work in the UK and at least 18 years old
