Job Description
Design and deliver workplace learning, facilitate engaging sessions, advise leaders, co-create content, and drive flexible working transformations across Scottish organisations.
Role Purpose
- Deliver existing learning content and design new training as needed
- Facilitate engaging sessions for groups, senior leaders, and teams
- Support clients to improve working lives and business performance through flexible working
Key Responsibilities
- Present, coach, and facilitate learning interventions
- Engage with organisations strategically and operationally
- Create and adapt training materials and resources
- Build relationships with clients across sectors
- Contribute to meaningful, lasting organisational change
Candidate Profile
- Experienced HR or OD professional; cross-sector exposure ideal
- Confident facilitator and presenter; comfortable with senior stakeholders
- Strategic and operational mindset; people- and business-focused
- CIPD membership desirable (Associate level or above)
- Strong communication; ability to design and deliver learning
Working Pattern and Location
- Hours: 30–37.5 per week (option to split into two part-time roles)
- Mostly home-based
- Monthly travel to Glasgow for onboarding, team meetings, and 1–2–1s
- Travel to client premises across Scotland (predominantly Central Belt)
Reporting and Culture
- Reports to Flexibility Works Directors and Co-Founders

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time)
- 34 days holiday FTE per year (pro rata)
