Writer and Editor

As our Children’s Script Writer & Editor , you’ll help shape the next generation of mindful kids’ audio stories. Working closely with our content team, you’ll bring new adventures to life for a global audience of young listeners and their families across our podcasts and YouTube channels.

Co-write and edit stories to ensure they align with our existing characters and world

• Collaborate with producers to refine tone, pacing, and flow for audio performance

• Revise and polish stories based on feedback and listener insights

• Support special projects, with opportunities to write for our adult wellness shows in the future

Proven experience in creative writing, storytelling, or screenwriting, ideally for children aged 5–10

• The ability to write stories that feel imaginative, emotionally grounded, and performance-ready

• Strong attention to rhythm, language, and pacing for spoken storytelling

• A performance-focused mindset, with curiosity about what connects with our audience and helps us grow new ones

• Openness to feedback and enthusiasm for creative collaboration

• A flat, creative team structure where great ideas thrive

• A stable monthly retainer without the uncertainty of freelance cycles

• Opportunities to branch into other audio genres, including adult sleep and wellness content

• Part-time: 2 days per week

• Flexible, but no later than January

• Benefits: Monthly retainer with pro-rata holiday pay

• Compensation: £1,100–£1,500/month DOE (£33K–£45K pro-rata)
