We’re looking for world-class pizza makers to join our upcoming premium pizza brand in Dubai. If you’re passionate about authentic Detroit and New York–style pizza, have experience handling high-hydration doughs, fermentation techniques, and perfect cheese-to-sauce ratios, we want you!
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Detroit or New York–style pizza (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Skilled in dough stretching, baking, and maintaining quality consistency
• Passionate about taste, texture, and presentation
• Fast, clean, and reliable under pressure
• Currently in the UAE (preferred)
