Role Summary

In the capacity of Nightshift Workshop Supervisor, you will direct shop floor activities during the night, ensuring all tasks are executed securely, reaching quality benchmarks, and aligning with manufacturing timelines. Core Responsibilities

Oversee adjustments resulting from unplanned occurrences, engineering revisions, or project deviations.
Guarantee all quality-related records are finished precisely, audited, and archived in the appropriate digital repositories.
Interface with supervisors in adjacent departments to ensure a perfect transition of data and physical components.
Implement and monitor clear binary markers to regulate the movement of inventory through the facility.
Serve as the main liaison for nightshift personnel and elevate critical concerns through established communication chains.
Participate in briefings to review project status, fix problems, and strategize upcoming tasks.
Execute thorough shift handovers with the daytime counterpart to report on incidents and project status.
