Workshop Leader | Leeds | Up to £32,000 + Bonus

Do you love bikes and enjoy leading a team? We’re looking for a Workshop Leader in Leeds to combine hands-on repairs with leadership and customer service in a busy, friendly workshop.

Lead and support a small workshop team
Carry out bike repairs, maintenance and e-bike diagnostics
Deliver excellent customer service and advice
Manage workflow, organisation and stock levels
Support sustainability through repair, recycling and reuse
Train and mentor colleagues What we’re looking for:

Previous bike mechanic experience (leadership experience a plus)
Strong technical skills – Cytech Level 2 or equivalent ideal
Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and coaching others
Passion for cycling, sport or active lifestyles
Problem-solver who thrives in a hands-on environment
