Reporting to the Senior Manager of WC&D, you will be a key driver in fostering engagement, collaboration, and professional growth across our 40+ global offices. Experience: Minimum of two years in event coordination, internal communications, or program management, ideally within professional services (legal, finance, or consultancy).

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with SharePoint or CMS platforms is a significant advantage.

Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with sound judgment.

Flexibility: Willingness for occasional UK travel and a commitment to regular in-office presence to support key cultural initiatives.
In this role, you will act as the logistical engine for the firm’s cultural and developmental programs. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating global meetings, managing scheduling for our Business Resource Groups (BRGs), and tracking engagement metrics to ensure our initiatives are making a measurable impact. You will also be a creative voice for the firm, assisting with newsletters and social media content that highlight our people and values. From supporting community partnerships to managing program budgets and participation databases, you will ensure that the Squire Patton Boggs “integrated firm” philosophy is felt by every employee, from Birmingham to the Asia Pacific.
