Setting: Approved Premises (Residential setting supporting individuals released from prison)

Food Production: Independently preparing and cooking high-quality, nutritious meals for residents and staff based on scheduled menus.
Kitchen Management: Managing schedules and operations to ensure timely service with minimal supervision.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas while adhering to health and safety protocols.
Inventory: Restocking essential supplies, including ingredients, utensils, and cleaning products.
Communication: Coordinating with site staff to provide updates and ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience: Previous cooking or catering experience is essential.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to stay self-motivated while working alone.
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and capable of working independently while following site directions.
