This role involves executing Rights of Entry (ROE) warrants for utility clients, working alongside locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and has excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to execute ROE warrants efficiently and professionally.

• Engage with customers to assess affordability, vulnerabilities, and potential solutions.

• Gather and relay information to clients for accurate resolution.

• Manage new occupiers or tenants on-site, collating necessary proof for clients.

• Operate company-provided vehicles with fuel cards to carry out visits.

Person Specification

• Minimum 2 years experience as a ROE Warrant Officer.

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanour.

• Ability to use initiative, problem solve, and work collaboratively.

• Experience in regulated environments is beneficial.

• Self-motivated, organised, and quick to learn new tasks.

• Clean driving licence required.

• Salary: £36,050 per year with bonus/commission potential up to £40,000 OTE.
