In this role, you will bridge the gap between senior management and warehouse operatives, providing hands-on leadership to ensure the depot meets its critical twice-daily delivery schedules. You will be responsible for delegating tasks, managing team productivity, and ensuring all operations comply with BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards. Your leadership will be key to hitting internal KPIs and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. The Pharmaceutical Supply Chain

Working for a wholesaler like PHOENIX requires a high level of precision due to the nature of the products.

  • MHRA Compliance: All staff must adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) to ensure the integrity of medicinal products.

  • Cold Chain Management: Some medications require strict temperature controls (2°C to 8°C) throughout the warehouse journey.

  • Audit Readiness: Maintaining a “safe and tidy environment” is a regulatory requirement to prevent cross-contamination and errors.
