Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor – Coleshill, Birmingham People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to join a global organisation at their brand-new Omni-Channel facility in Coleshill, Birmingham. Shifts• Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00 (Full-time, Permanent)• Flexibility required during setup phase Salary• Competitive, up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Benefits• Company pension and comprehensive benefits package• Free on-site parking• Long-term, permanent opportunity with clear career development• Opportunity to influence and help build a new Omni-Channel operation• Exposure to B2B, B2C, spare parts, and DG (Class 9) logistics• Involvement in insourcing, team formation, site permitting, and facility setup Day-to-Day Duties• Manage all warehouse activities across B2B, B2C, and spare parts operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory• Drive setup activities, workflows, and process creation during the initial build and operational launch• Operate and optimise the Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM or similar) to ensure accuracy and efficiency• Oversee safe handling, storage, and documentation of Dangerous Goods (Class 9) in line with ADR/IATA/IMDG regulations• Lead by example — hands-on involvement on the warehouse floor while building te
