Job Description

Warehouse Picker/Delivery Drivers manage coldstore operations, pick orders accurately, provide customer service, and occasionally cover delivery duties.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately in coldstore (-20°C)

• Cover delivery driver holidays or sickness when needed

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Drive company vehicles safely and legally

• Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections if required

• Use delivery driver app efficiently

• Assist in other business areas as required

• Maintain customer confidentiality

Requirements

• Full UK driving license held for at least 10 years (manual vehicles)

• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders

• Experience in customer service roles

• Basic computer literacy (mobile apps, Google Maps, what3words)

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks

Personal Qualities

• Friendly, approachable, and reliable

• Passionate about excellent service delivery

• Strong attendance and timekeeping

• Team player and keen to learn new tasks

Hours & Location

• Hours: 32.5 – 42.5 per week

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
