Warehouse Packer

Roman Originals are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their rapidly expanding company. A family run company based in Erdington, Birmingham.

Responsibilities
• Flat-packing products, including folding, counting, and preparing garments for processing and packaging
• Packing orders and scanning items in preparation for dispatch
• Accurately picking orders using automated equipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Performing a wide range of general warehouse duties, including stock handling and inventory support.
• Consistently meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Undertake cross-training across multiple departments as required to support operational needs,
• Ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained at all times.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Remaining on your feet for extended periods throughout the working day, in line with the physical demands of the role.

Requirements
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and available for shift work, including weekends, and public holidays as required.
