Whether providing a creative flair or a sense of luxury, we collaborate closely with our partners to design distinctive solutions. Operating seven facilities across Europe, we take pride in supporting both international corporations and local brands within the food sector.
About the Role
An exceptional opening exists for a motivated and veteran Warehouse Manager to direct our Ambient department. You will oversee roughly £3m in stock across our British activities, maintaining elite levels of operational output, precision, and service. This position is situated at Cake Décor in Cumbernauld, the premier producer of edible toppings and cake decorations in the UK, supplying major food producers, grocery chains, and boutique bakers.
In this vital management position, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager. Your duty is to provide a performance-oriented, structured, and secure warehouse setting, ensuring all dispatch, storage, and material handling workflows satisfy customer requirements and internal metrics.
You will enhance the skills of your workforce, establish robust daily management protocols, and spearhead ongoing refinement across all facility tasks. You will supervise a group of operatives and supervisors, managing labor schedules, protecting stock accuracy, regulating intake and output movements, and assisting with broader Supply Chain targets.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners—such as Transport, Technical, Commercial, and Supply Chain—to preserve an efficient and precise operation that enables corporate expansion. This is a premier role for an individual seeking a significant leadership impact. You will be proactive, structured, and self-assured, possessing a strong commitment to HSE, advanced Excel analytics, and the capacity to lead and communicate across all organizational tiers.
