Job Title: Video Editor (Full-time)

The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Video Editor to join our cre
ative team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of current social media video trends, we want to hear from you! This role is perfect for a young, driven individual eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact in a professional setting.Key Responsibilities:
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content primarily for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Implement trendy and dynamic editing styles to ensure high engagement and relevance within the UAE/MENA market.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and maintain a fast turnaround time for multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with producers, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and creative briefs.
• Preferably: Incorporate Arabic text overlays, subtitles, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, cultural nuances, and project objectives.
• Manage and organize video files, projects, and assets effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, techniques, and social media trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing trendy, engaging, short-form content (reels, TikToks, etc.).
• Preferably: Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential, with a strong understanding of regional dialects and cultural sensitivities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of other software like Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver high-quality content with fast turnaround times.
• Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling through editing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within a professional environment.
• Familiarity with various video codecs, formats, and optimal settings for social media platforms.
