Position: Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist
Salary: £12.60 per hour plus benefits
Vets Now, the UK’s leading provider of emergency pet care, is seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our Manchester team. We deliver trusted services across 1700 veterinary practices and operate 60+ out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 emergency pet hospitals. This role is ideal for friendly, organised individuals who enjoy supporting clients and veterinary teams during critical moments.
Key Responsibilities
• First Point of Contact: Greet clients, answer calls, book appointments, and handle financial transactions during emergencies or routine visits.
• Administration: Manage clinic administration accurately, ensuring smooth operational flow and clear communication with veterinary staff regarding patients and clients.
• Client Support: Provide reassurance and support to clients, acting as a bridge between pet owners and veterinary professionals to ensure excellent service.
