We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Par 59!
Par 59 is Bristol’s premier bar experience with a twist. Our city centre venue is the perfect blend of stylish atmosphere, street-food style dining, a premium drinks list – and the competitive energy of mini-golf and interactive darts – to create the ultimate adults-only destination.
As a Supervisor, you’ll assist in leading our team, working closely with our management team as we strive to give our guests the best possible experience on every visit. You’ll help oversee all areas of our operation: from how we welcome guests to the venue, ensuring high-quality bar service, to monitoring our games and activities.

Our ideal candidate will:
– Have previous Supervisor experience in a hospitality environment
– An ambition to take on responsibility and improve themselves
– Be reliable, honest and trustworthy
– Have previous bartending experience
– Demonstrate a passion for leading a team
– Understand the importance of maintaining a safe venue that complies with health and safety legislation
– Be available during the majority of December
What to expect:
– A competitive hourly wage starting at £13.21p/h
– Weekend and evening working is a necessary requirement for this role, with our latest trading hours being 23:30 during the week, and 00:30 on weekends
– A mixture of opening and closing shifts on weekends
– Weekday evening shifts also available
– Discounted food and drink
– Although a part-time role, there may be the opportunity for more hours for the right candidate
