Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting using hand and machine methods.

• Mix and match paints using visual or computer-assisted methods for accurate color matching.

• Apply primers, base coats, and finishing coats using spray guns.

• Polish and touch up painted surfaces to ensure a flawless finish.

• Remove masking and apply rush-proofing chemicals as required.

• Work safely within a spray booth to confine paint to designated areas.

• Maintain high standards while meeting deadlines and supporting team operations.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 1 year experience in vehicle painting or spraying.

• Skilled in using spray guns and paint mixing techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a cooperative team player.

• Customer-focused with excellent organisational skills.
