Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced VDA / Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Hainault. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a small but efficient site, combining estimating with front-of-house customer service responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Carry out accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare estimates. Book in customer vehicles, complete handovers, and provide regular updates. Process payments and ensure all administration is completed correctly. Deliver excellent customer service, acting as the main point of contact for clients. Support the smooth running of the site in collaboration with the bodyshop team. Requirements Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator within a bodyshop or accident repair environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of estimating systems such as Audatex desirable.
