Key Responsibilities
-
End-to-End Event Management: Take full ownership of all non-track events, from initial concept and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
-
Guest & Fan Experience: Design and deliver premium hospitality and fan-facing experiences that align with the VCARB and Red Bull brand identity.
-
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Partnerships, and Communications teams to ensure all events meet commercial objectives.
-
Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in event delivery, utilizing new technologies and creative formats to stay ahead of the curve in a hyper-competitive industry.
-
Vendor Management: Source and manage global suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery within strict F1-paced timelines.
About You
-
F1/High-End Event Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-pressure events, ideally within elite sports or luxury brands.
-
Creative Vision: Ability to think outside the box to create “money-can’t-buy” experiences.

Expert Analysis
VCARB is currently undergoing a massive rebranding and commercial push. This role is pivotal because, in modern F1, the “show” off the track is often as important to sponsors as the results on it. A successful candidate will need to balance the edgy, high-energy Red Bull “vibe” with the corporate requirements of major partners like Visa and Cash App.

The role is based in Milton Keynes, the heart of the UK’s F1 industry. VCARB’s UK facility is located near other major teams and technical partners, providing a rich ecosystem of suppliers and talent. The city offers excellent connectivity to London and major airports for international travel.
