The Role
The Unit Production Manager will assume complete accountability for routine manufacturing operations within a vehicle modification department. You will be tasked with the strategy, organization, and execution of vehicle builds, supervising diverse technical crews to guarantee that client requirements, quality benchmarks, and distribution timelines are achieved. This position is entirely based on-site and is deeply involved in daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities

Oversee all routine manufacturing tasks within the department

Develop production timelines and distribute necessary resources

Direct and supervise manufacturing staff to achieve quality and volume goals

Verify that crews are utilizing the most recent BoMs, technical drawings, and specifications

Monitor inventory levels and interface with external vendors

Oversee the integration of electrical boards, wiring harnesses, and metalwork tasks

Handle documentation for specification adjustments (SCNs)

Record personnel hours and track operational productivity

Guarantee adherence to Health & Safety protocols, legal frameworks, and quality management systems
