Main Responsibilities:

  • Be polite, punctual, and friendly while communicating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

  • Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are thoroughly cleaned before and after service; maintain clean and safe service areas.

  • Clean kitchen workspaces during and after use and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.

  • Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards.

  • Operate cleaning machinery safely following company training and wear PPE as required.

  • Comply with company and unit policies regarding Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
