  • Design and deliver strategic roadmaps covering travel, payment and expense initiatives aligned to business objectives
  • Analyse travel-spend and behaviour data, benchmark against industry standards and recommend targeted optimisation actions
  • Advise on travel policy structure, approvals, compliance and duty of care, ensuring clear, practical guidelines for travellers
  • Support selection, configuration and optimisation of booking, payment and expense management platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep programmes aligned with governance, risk and financial priorities
  • Assist with sourcing activity and negotiations, and manage performance of preferred travel suppliers and partners
  • Prepare concise reports, forecasts and dashboards that track budgets, savings and programme outcomes for senior stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and process simplification across markets and business units
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and new technologies, translating them into recommendations for clients and colleagues

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day client relationships
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights
  • Confident communicator and presenter, able to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working independently and in global, cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for analysis, documentation and executive-level presentations
  • Experience in EMEA or global travel programme management, process improvement and change management is highly desirable
  • Strong client-service mindset, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions and manage multiple stakeholders
