Key Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and motivate the sales team.

• Identify business opportunities and manage team diaries effectively.

• Oversee vehicle, finance, and insurance sales processes.

• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations.

• Train the team in finance and insurance products.

• Monitor lead management, reporting, and performance metrics.

Person Specification

• Strong sales, negotiation, and numerical skills.

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably automotive.
