Key requirements / behaviours:

• Motivation and willingness to learn through on the job and online learning

• Previous experience of Electrical installations or a holder of an Electrical course / diploma or similar

• Ability to problem solve and provide ideas – ultimately the job requires you to think outside the box, and working through “fault finding” instructions and specifications

• Hold a full UK Driving Licence

• Good communications skills and can use a Tablet / computer literate

• Able to and willing to undertake a Drugs & Alcohol test to ensure compliancy

In this role, you will undergo a structured, accredited training program that combines hands-on field experience with classroom and digital learning. Working alongside veteran Traffic Engineers, you will learn to install, test, and maintain complex electrical components and traffic control units while progressing toward recognized NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Highways Electrical Installations.
