  • Decipher and execute directives and challenges in accordance with corporate protocols.

  • Develop and preserve constructive ties with Business Units to promote cooperation.

  • Manage incoming queries from patrons, underwriters, and external groups with professional promptness.

  • Oversee account renewals and mid-term updates as needed, providing premium service.

  • Distribute significant data that could advantage the Entity or wider Group.

  • Stay current with industry and legal trends to maintain superior standards of execution.

Skills & Attributes

  • Advanced computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge and grasp of Xchanging platforms.

  • Ability to complete and prove proficiency in technical schooling required by regulators.

  • Growing technical knowledge in assigned sectors (will be developed through experience).
