Yorkshire County Cricket Club is looking for a dedicated Ticketing and Membership Coordinator to join the commercial heart of Headingley Stadium. In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for our fans and members, ensuring their journey from purchase to the matchday gate is nothing short of exceptional. You’ll be joining a team that drives both revenue and supporter satisfaction across ticketing, memberships, and hospitality for our home grounds in Leeds, York, and Scarborough. Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering best-in-class customer experience across email, over the phone and in person.

  • Contributing to the ticketing and membership operation on matchdays at Yorkshire’s home grounds.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service across ticketing, memberships and hospitality whilst also contributing towards wider commercial goals in these areas.

  • Problem solving on the spot and delivering in a real time pressured environment.

  • Supporting the supporter experience across ticketing, memberships and hospitality.

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience working within a ticketing role and using a ticketing software

  • Demonstrable knowledge of ticketing and what is required to deliver various events

  • At least two years experience delivering high levels of customer service in person, over the phone and electronically whilst working in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and assist with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Good knowledge of IT systems including Excel and Word
