Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, generate leads, and promote our real estate services and products.Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling and persuasive sales pitch to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs and qualify leads by offering tailored real estate solutions.Follow-Up: Effectively follow up with leads and prospects to maintain interest, address concerns, and guide them through the sales pipeline.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales progress, and lead status in our CRM system.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, services, promotions, and market trends to address customer inquiries with confidence.Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular feedback on customer trends, market insights, and potential sales opportunities to help shape future sales and marketing strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively over the phone.Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Prior Experience (Preferred): Experience in teles calling, telemarketing, or inside sales, particularly in real estate, is a plus.Language Skills: Fluency in **English** and **Hindi** is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Presentable Appearance: The candidate should be well-presented, with a professional and polished appearance.Nationality Preference: Indian nationality preferred due to the nature of the client base.
