This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical support across a broad portfolio of electrical testing products while supporting customers, distributors, and internal teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to customers and distributors via phone, email, and site visits

• Support pre- and post-sales activities across multiple electrical testing product lines

• Provide technical demonstrations at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events

• Develop technical materials such as application notes, videos, and competitor analyses

• Support product development, testing phases, and new product introductions

• Maintain demonstration equipment, workshop tasks, and CRM system records

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and testing methodologies

• HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering, or working towards higher qualifications

• Sound understanding of electrical engineering principles

• Competence with MS Office, technical software, and digital platforms

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
