Diversity & Representation in UK Pensions
XPS Group is committed to an inclusive workplace. The broader UK Financial Services and Pensions landscape shows the following representative data:
The Pensions Technology Landscape
In 2026, the industry is focused on Dashboard Readiness. The UK Government’s Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) requires all schemes to have their data digitalized and “findable.”
-
Data Cleansing: Analysts are now spending significantly more time on data rectification to ensure schemes are compliant with the 2026/27 dashboard deadlines.
-
De-risking: With many DB schemes reaching “buy-out” levels, technical analysts are critical in preparing data for transfer to insurance companies.
