Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Co-ordinator with residential/housing experience to join this Developer as its expands with new developments in the South Yorkshire and North Midlands region.

Part of an experienced developing team you will be involved in applying your Architectural skillsets in a co-ordination role acting as an interface between the Design, Commercial and Construction team as well as external Stakeholders, Landowners and Utility Providers.

Person Specification:

Candidates sought will have proven residential/housing experience gained from either working for another Housing Developer or in Private Practice working as a Sub Consultant.

Whilst you will be from an Architectural background you will ideally have experience in the engineering side of the housing industry as your role will include liaising with Utility Provider’s and Groundworks Contractors.

A real passion for the sector is essential as this Developer builds homes not units and an immense amount of pride is seen in their developments.
