Job Description

Our Team support Member will leave all guests and colleagues with a positive and lasting impression in visitor experience and service excellence. The role of Team Support Member is to ensure that the highest level of customer care and personal service is provided to all stakeholders in the clients business. This includes but not limited to: employees, colleagues, visitors, event delegates and VIPS.

Candidate will also need to cover sites in London and South East.

Hours: 40 Hours 7:00 – 18:00
Salary: £32,100

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can do. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously. Previous experience in a customer service role or front of house role essential.
