Team Supervisor – General Accident Team

About the Role
As a Team Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind a dedicated team of legal professionals across our Scottish offices. You will balance high-level litigation with strategic management, overseeing a caseload of personal injury matters while focusing on maximizing cost recovery and achieving departmental KPIs. Beyond case handling, your role is to inspire—mentoring Solicitors, Legal Assistants, and Trainees through training and quality assurance to ensure we maintain the highest standards of legal service and compliance.
What We’re Looking For

Legal Experience: 5 years+ PQE, particularly within personal injury law including EL, PL & OL.

Supervisor Experience: Proven track record in supervising legal teams.

Expertise: Strong understanding of Scottish litigation processes and personal injury law.

Skills: Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
