Job Overview
As a Team Leader, you’ll motivate and support your store team, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage daily store operations. You’ll oversee visual merchandising, sales targets, product launches, and maintain store standards to deliver a consistent, premium experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and expert product guidance, including brand bra fittings

• Lead and energise the team, maintaining high standards across all store activities

• Support management in achieving store KPIs and sales growth

• Maintain store standards, including stock replenishment, deliveries, and health & safety compliance

• Execute product launches, floor moves, and store audits effectively
