Team Leader – Victoria’s Secret, Leeds (Part-Time)

As a Team Leader at Victoria’s Secret (operated by Next Plc), you’ll work with a supportive, fashion‑obsessed team, all focused on delivering an outstanding, confidence‑boosting experience for every customer. No two days are the same, but every day is about service, styling and inspiring.

You’ll be on the shop floor helping customers find the perfect products and completing purchases at the till. You’ll provide the brand’s specialist bra‑fitting experience, giving expert advice on size, fit and styles so customers feel both comfortable and empowered.

With training, you’ll take ownership of visual merchandising, ensuring product presentation is enticing, easy to shop and reflects brand standards. You’ll help customers discover what they came in for – and pieces they didn’t know they wanted.

As a Team Leader you’ll lead by example: energising the team before and during shifts, making sure everyone has what they need, and driving high service and brand standards. You’ll support management in meeting KPIs, always keeping sales growth and profitability in mind.

You’ll also help maintain store standards front and back of house – managing deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting loss prevention and following health and safety procedures. Operationally, you’ll carry out opening and closing, key‑holder duties and help execute new product launches, floor‑set changes and audits, ensuring the team is trained and ready.
