Job Overview
As a Part Time Team Leader in Coventry, you will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, lead by example on great service, guide and motivate colleagues, and help deliver strong commercial results. You’ll step up when the Manager is away, maintain standards front and back of house and create an inclusive, positive atmosphere where every customer leaves with the right products and a smile.

• Comfortable stepping up when the Store Manager is away
• Able to keep communication flowing and the team focused on goals

Qualifications
• Experience in retail or customer facing roles is beneficial
