Creative Support is looking for a warm, dedicated Team Leader to join our inclusive team in Horsforth. In this role, you will be a vital part of a “Gold” standard Investors in People organization, recognized for our commitment to diversity and excellence in care. Operating across two sites, you’ll balance direct person-centered support with the leadership of a passionate staff team. Team Leader Duties

Providing practical and emotional support to adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities, including personal care and the provision of medication

Maximising service user outcomes by promoting independence and social inclusion

Encouraging service users to be involved in decisions regarding their care and lives

Collaborate with service users, their families and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service

Develop risk management plans in line with MDT and Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Services

Maximise and develop communication plans for services users
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in managing a team, and a minimum of 2 years in providing support to individuals with a learning disability, and/or autism, is essential.

You will have a caring nature, and a commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives.

You must also be willing to work flexibly according the needs of the service.
