Greene King is looking for a motivated and energetic Team Leader to join our community-focused pub team. Our pubs are the “beacons” of their local areas—central hubs where people gather for great food, perfect pints, and memorable events.

As a Team Leader, you are the “local hero” on the floor. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team is coordinated, the standards are high, and every guest leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities

• Shift Excellence: Help organize and coordinate the team during high-pressure periods to ensure the shift runs like clockwork.

• Management Support: Deputize for the management team and take ownership of the floor, resolving any guest or operational issues that arise in their absence.

• Customer Experience: Provide a heartfelt, warm welcome and ensure every customer has a memorable experience.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a bar that is safe, legal, and clean, dealing with any maintenance or hygiene issues immediately.

• Quality Control: Keep a sharp eye on detail—from the perfect head on a pint to the cleanliness of the tables.
