Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Support: Assisting pupils at varying levels of attainment across the curriculum (EYFS to KS2).

  • Pupil Progress: Supporting a number of specific pupils within the class to ensure they meet learning goals.

  • Teamwork: Communicating effectively with teachers and other school staff to maintain a friendly, supportive environment.


Candidate Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Class TA in Early Years, KS1, or KS2 is preferred.

  • Passion: If you lack experience, you must demonstrate a strong passion for Education.

  • Qualifications: Level 3 TA or CACHE Level 3 is desirable but not mandatory.

Soft Skills

  • Flexibility & Patience: Essential for working with diverse age groups and learning needs.

  • Commitment: A desire to work full-time is preferred.
