The Kingsway School is seeking a child-focused and creative Teacher of Key Stage 3 STEM to join our innovative Enterprise Faculty. This is a unique opportunity to work within our distinctive Middle School model, specifically based on our KS3 campus in Gatley. We are looking for an inspirational practitioner who possesses the flexibility to teach across the STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and the vision to drive curriculum development for our diverse, comprehensive intake.


Role Overview

  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

  • Location: The Kingsway School, Gatley (KS3 Campus).

  • Start Date: Easter 2026 (or September 2026 for the right candidate).

  • Salary: MPS / UPS.

  • Closing Date: 16th February 2026.

  • Interview Date: 26th February 2026.


Key Responsibilities

  • Interdisciplinary Instruction: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the STEM subjects, fostering a “real-world” understanding of how these disciplines interconnect.

  • Middle School Specialist: Adapt pedagogy specifically for the Key Stage 3 age group within our unique campus model to ensure a smooth transition and high engagement.

  • Curriculum Innovation: Contribute to the design and implementation of a forward-thinking STEM curriculum that secures ambitious outcomes.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain high standards of behavior and learning through kind, reflective, and consistently high expectations.

  • Faculty Collaboration: Work as an active member of the Enterprise Faculty, supporting a culture of “Collaborate, Empower, Achieve.”
