Star Radcliffe Academy is seeking an outstanding teacher to join our ambitious secondary school at a defining moment in its history. Opened in 2024, our academy is growing year-on-year to become a 750-place hub of excellence for the Radcliffe community. Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Academic Standard: The ability to teach your subject area to GCSE standard.

  • Track Record: Proven experience in the sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and pupil outcomes.

  • Pedagogy: A talent for innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse, and progress learners.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills and a natural ability to motivate both pupils and peers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a lifelong love of learning.

  • Contribute to the academy’s distinctive leadership specialism, helping pupils develop character and a sense of service.

  • Work collaboratively within the Star Academies family to share best practices and elevate teaching standards.

  • Maintain high expectations for all pupils, ensuring every child in Radcliffe has the opportunity to succeed at the highest level.

  • Participate in the academy’s growth as we welcome new cohorts and build our systems toward full capacity by 2028.
