Seva Education is an innovative provider dedicated to meeting the complex needs of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are seeking a dedicated Further Education (FE) Teacher for our Neasden-based provision. In this role, you will go beyond traditional teaching to provide a bespoke, adaptable, and supportive learning environment. You will be instrumental in helping students navigate the transition from school to adulthood, ensuring they gain the academic, vocational, and life skills necessary to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Exceptional Teaching & Learning

Adaptive Planning: Design and deliver well-structured lessons that are specifically tailored to the diverse learning needs and strengths of SEND pupils.

Assessment & Monitoring: Accurately track, record, and report on pupil progress, using data to inform future teaching and interventions.

Inspirational Delivery: Set high expectations that motivate and challenge students, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes in both internal and external assessments.

Vision & Strategy: Support the implementation and evaluation of school policies that align with Seva Education’s values.

Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and support staff, to secure coordinated outcomes for every student.
