The Opportunity Provider (TOP) is seeking a proactive, people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across our diverse brands. You won’t just be filling seats; you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring that every candidate’s first interaction with TOP is values-led, inclusive, and professional. This is a remote-first position that offers the autonomy to shape our hiring strategy while benefiting from a highly supportive, collaborative culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead high-volume and specialist recruitment campaigns from initial briefing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on market trends, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing team to align our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with candidate expectations, creating engaging content to attract top talent.

  • Compliance & Safeguarding: Maintain rigorous standards of compliance, specifically adhering to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance and safer recruitment practices.

  • Data & Technology: Leverage our ATS (Talos) to manage pipelines and provide data-driven insights to refine and improve our recruitment processes.

  • Inclusivity & Equity: Lead projects that ensure our recruitment journeys are accessible, equitable, and reflect our status as a Disability Confident Employer.


What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Proven track record in 360-degree recruitment, ideally with some exposure to wider HR functions.

  • Technical Skill: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a strong understanding of digital sourcing channels.

  • Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of UK recruitment legislation and a commitment to safer recruitment (KCSIE).

  • Mindset: A proactive, “people-first” approach with high emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Analytical Ability: A data-driven mindset capable of analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
